SchugRSnapp: UPDATE INFORMATION

This is going to be more than just a rehash of SBB.
In reviewing  files and documents of  "Schug's Baumholder Bulletin" I am overwhelmed at the amount of material that has been collected. I thought it would be a simple cut and paste job.  No, I must edit, add, modify and create.    By categorizing into topics it will be easier  for me  to develop a more organized and meaningful  "blog".
